Services We Provide
We are here to help you reach your health and wellness goals. We offer a variety of different techniques in order to best assist you as an individual and meet your needs.
Activator Method
The Activator is one of the most widely used tools by chiropractors. While the Activator doesn't seem like much, it has been compared in studies to other adjusting methods and proven to be just as effective. For some patients, an adjustment with the Activator can have the same outcome as a manual adjustment. This allows us as chiropractors to offer a much more gentle alternative to manual adjusting when it is clinically necessary or preferred by the patient.
Chiropractic Adjustments
Dr. Reich offers a wide variety of adjusting techniques, which allows him to better personalize your care as an individual. Chiropractic care can allow your body to heal naturally from the inside out, the way that it was designed to.

Chiropractic care is safe, non-invasive and does not require the use of medications. At Cisco Family Chiropractic we seek to relieve your pain by finding and addressing the root cause of your pain.
Diversified Technique
The Diversified Technique involves your chiropractor manually applying pressure to the region of the spine that is showing signs of dysfunction or lack of movement. This technique is one of the most commonly used and widely recognized around the world.

The majority of the adjustments used in this technique are manual adjustments that are HVLA (high velocity, low amplitude), or long lever manipulations. This technique is very safe and effective at relieving pain and stiffness and can cause cavitation of the joint creating an audible noise. This sound is typically known by patients as the "popping" or "cracking" sound associated with the adjustment.

Webster Technique
Webster technique was developed by Dr. Larry Webster D.C. who was also the founder of what is now known as the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). The technique can reduce stresses that are being applied to the mother's uterus allowing the baby to have more room to move into the proper position for birth. The technique has become widely recognized and is proven to be much less traumatic and very effective. Webster focuses on proper alignment of the sacrum and pelvis. There is also some massage and stretching at the attachment points of the uterine ligaments located on the abdominal wall. The combination of the soft tissue work and the adjustments can help create normal tension on the uterus. Once normal tension on the uterus has been restored and there is less intrauterine constraint, the baby can move into the correct head down position for birth.
